These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OneBook platform at onebook-app.com (the "Service"), operated by OneBook ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
OneBook is a studio management platform designed for tattoo professionals. The Service provides tools for managing client requests, scheduling appointments, processing payments, collecting digital consent forms, and communicating with clients.
OneBook is a tool that facilitates the relationship between studios and their clients. We are not a party to any agreement between a studio and its clients, and we are not responsible for the services studios provide.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@onebook-app.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
When you create an organization (studio) on OneBook, you represent that you have the authority to operate that business account. Organization owners can invite additional members and manage roles within the platform.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription after any applicable free trial period. Current pricing is displayed on our website and during registration. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin and you will be billed according to your selected plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Studios use OneBook to collect payments (deposits, invoices, tips) from their clients via Stripe. OneBook facilitates these transactions but is not a party to the payment agreement between the studio and its client. Studios are responsible for their own refund policies and disputes with clients.

Studios that use OneBook collect personal information from their clients, including contact details, tattoo preferences, images, consent form data, and payment information. As a studio using OneBook:
OneBook provides tools for creating and collecting digital consent forms. Studios are solely responsible for the content of their consent form templates and for ensuring those templates meet the legal requirements of their jurisdiction. OneBook does not provide legal advice and makes no representations about the legal sufficiency of any consent form template.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by OneBook and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (images, text, consent form templates, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneBook and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Arizona.
